Langdon Tactical Technology

Langdon Tactical Technology was a unique company, with a unique problem. Founded by master gunsmith, Ernest Langdon, after working with the legendary gun company, Beretta, LTT takes ordinary firearms and makes them extraordinary. From high-performance coatings, custom-built parts, and expertly tuned adjustments to training and education, LTT helps firearms achieve their full potential as the ultimate shooting experience. And their problem was that they were extremely good at what they did, leading to a foundation upon which they can grow their brand and expand their offerings to even more firearms. With their sales skyrocketing, they needed marketing to keep up, and REVERED was able to create a flexible brand platform to support their goals.

Tagline

LTT had operated with multiple lines that served as mottos or mantras for the brand, but no one singular line that performed the function of a tagline.

After digging into their brand identity and the competitive landscape, REVERED worked with LTT to craft the line “Custom without Compromise” to help set LTT apart and strongly define the core brand value.

Digital Marketing

REVERED helped upgrade the LTT digital presence with all-new digital ads and a series of emails to be sent out to new customers or new additions to the LTT mailing list. These emails help establish the brand, clearly define the mission and vision, and outline some of the flagship product offerings.

Additionally, we’ve helped create weekly email blasts with products, tips, and trainings. Through these weekly emails we’ve helped create an opportunity for cadenced storytelling, supplying content to help keep the brand top-of-mind, create brand loyalty and brand ambassadors, and supply content-hungry consumers with fresh information about performance firearms and their operation. The weekly emails not only inform and interest consumers, according to analytics, they also have directly contributed to sales.

Website

Helping modernize the brand included creating a new website that helped refine the look and feel while helping better feature the products with image-rich designs and compelling copy.

The value that REVERED brought to the table was re-imagining the experience the website brings, thinking of it from a user-centric focus first, especially on mobile. Features include a smoother and streamlined purchasing experience, comparison tools, and CRM email capabilities for forgotten cart items and out-of-stock items, all of which further LTT business goals while providing a better experience for the user.
