Every November, North Carolina State University launches a fundraising initiative focused on recent graduates. After feeling that their 2014 campaign was a little flat, they called on REVERED to re-energize the campaign and help them reach an ambitious goal—double the donations from the previous year.
REVERED responded by rebranding this annual fundraising event and creating the NC State Recent Grad Challenge. The campaign tapped into the enthusiasm and competitive nature of recent grads to inspire action. Along with a new logo, the campaign featured a video that encouraged each graduating class to step up and “lead the Pack,” and a microsite where participants could see which class had made the most donations. A robust social and email component helped keep the Challenge top of mind throughout the month-long event.
